Rising country star Krystal Keith is a whole like her famous dad, Toby Keith. They're both incredibly talented. Insanely Driven. Highly opinionated.

Krystal wraps her North American tour today (Sept. 27) at the Susquehanna Bank Center outside Philadelphia, reports shockink.com. Krystal's opening slot on the Shut Up And Hold On Tour Presented by Ford F-Series has her warming the crowd for her superstar dad and fellow country star Colt Ford.

"You can't have a better mentor," Krystal declares of her mega-star father. "As a songwriter, as a vocalist - and he's also my dad, so I get the best of all worlds wrapped up in one person." She made her national television debut in prime time as a teenager, singing "Mockingbird" with her father on a 2004 awards show.

Krystal's debut album "Whiskey & Lace" has received widespread acclaim. Toby co-produced the album and wrote or co-wrote four of its 10 songs, reports the Sacramento Bee. Krystal co-wrote the title track, which employs a hard-edged guitar riff to support the story of a stripper getting through her shift with the help of a shot or two. The track definitely sounds like a topic the daughter of Toby Keith might tackle in song.

And while many of her dad's hits come with a certain socially casual attitude, his contributions to Krystal's debut album lean more toward love, including "What Did You Think I'd Do," about a girl gone wild quickly settling down when she finds love.

"I said, 'I'd never written one from a girl's perspective,'" Toby recalls. So he wrote one.

Most recently, Krystal, 28, made her Grand Ole Opry debut, and she's also been featured on numerous national television programs, including "The Late Show with Craig Ferguson."

And if you've been to a wedding this year, you've probably heard Krystal's "Daddy Dance With Me," the 2010 song she wrote as a gift to her country star dad. The song is a viral smash.

USA Today caught up with Krystal recently and provided some keen, although a bit random, insight into the rising star with "Eight Fun Facts" about the Oklahoma native:

1. "I don't like foods that start with M: mustard, mayo, mushrooms, mackerel, etc."

2. "I am terrified of feet."

3. "I am a licensed cosmetologist."

4. "I haven't had soda since I was 9 - except as a chaser for Jack Daniel's."

5. "I can make a three-leaf clover with my tongue."

6. "I pour milk over vanilla ice cream."

7. "I'm a master scrapbooker."

8. "(I believe in) paying cash for everything."

So, there you go...the inside skinny on Toby Keith's daughter. His talented, driven and opinionated daughter.
