Does anyone ever feel like they want to escape from reality? "Once Upon a Time," as the name of the series hints, is a show that will transport viewers into a land of fairy tales. Yes, that's right - magic, monsters and characters we all read about during our childhood years.

However, in the small town of Storybrooke, not every tale has a happy ending. The Evil Queen has cursed the land and trapped the residents, and now they are on a quest to restore themselves back to their untainted selves.

"Once Upon a Time" will return for its 4th season, and will feature new character additions from the Disney hit "Frozen." The first 11 episodes will bring viewers into Elsa's icy world, but don't worry, "Frozen" will not overshadow the plots of "Once."

"Frozen is not taking over our show," co-creator Edward Kitsis told TVGuide.com. "We are still continuing all the stories that we left off with last year - with Regina, with Emma, with Snow and Charming, with Rumplestiltskin."

"Once Upon a Time" will premiere this Sunday, September 28, at 8/7c on ABC.

"The Simpsons," one of the biggest starting platforms for animated TV, recently celebrated its 550th episode, and is the longest-running scripted TV series in television history. The sitcom is responsible for the launch of similar shows, such as "Family Guy" and "South Park." Producers must be doing something right.

Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie will return in the premiere of the 26th season of the show. Viewers can expect the same humor and fun-poking that they know to be true of these iconic characters. However, don't expect to laugh too much - "The Simpsons" plans to kill off one of the show's main roles! Could this be the end of Homer? Who knows.

Looks like we will be getting a two-for-one deal. "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" will merge in a highly-anticipated crossover episode that premieres this Sunday, September 28, according to E! Online. The Griffin family will accidentally arrive in Springfield, and the Simpson family will welcome them into their home. Seth Macfarlane, creator of "Family Guy," is a huge fan of "The Simpsons," and knows that viewers are excited to see the characters' interactions.

Catch the new season of "The Simpsons" on Sunday at 8 p.m. on Fox.

"Family Guy's" crossover episode will air on Fox on Sunday.

Love is in the air in New York.

"Manhattan Love Story," a new romantic comedy for the fall season, will reveal the key to success for maintaining healthy relationships. Want to know what it is? Zip your lips. That's it. Sometimes, it is better to keep thoughts to yourself to avoid unnecessary drama. In this case, that's what makes the storyline flow for this new series.

The show will attempt to highlight the differences between men and women, and we will come to these conclusions by hearing the inner thoughts of the two main characters - Dana (Analeigh Tipton) and Peter (Jake McDorman) - as we follow the progression of their complicated relationship.

Dana is a dreamer - one who always saw a picture-perfect life in The Big Apple. Peter has lived in New York for his whole life, and is ready for a change of scene. Tune in to see how these opposites attempt to make it work, despite their contrasting viewpoints.

For all of you "hopeless romantics," you won't want to miss the series premiere on Tuesday, September 30, at 8:30 p.m. on ABC.

"The Vampire Diaries," a supernatural drama TV series, takes place in a small Virginia town that's haunted by supernatural beings. Elena Gilbert, played by Nina Dobrev, falls in love with a vampire named Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley). However, Elena doesn't only have eyes for him - she finds herself drawn to Stefan's brother, Damon (Ian Somerhalder), forming a very complicated love triangle.

Stefan and Damon have other bones to pick - besides their feud over the same woman. Damon is still resentful towards his brother, who turned him into a vampire against his will. Both brothers are rekindling the flame of their long lost love, Katherine, through her uncanny resemblance to new love interest Elena.

The families in the town work to keep the neighborhood free of supernatural forces, but there are many more threats than blood-sucking demons.

If you haven't watched the series, catch up here, and read more about what to expect on Season 5.

"The Vampire Diaries" will air on Thursday, October 2, at 8 p.m. on The CW for its final run.

Calling all DC comics lovers!

"The Flash" will feature the superhero crime-fighter that goes by the same name as the series. He is also referred to as the "Scarlet Speedster" or the "Crimson Comet," and his moniker stems from his ability to do pretty much anything at lightning-fast speeds.

The show begins with young Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) learning of his mother's murder. Detective Joe West becomes Allen's new caretaker, the father of his best friend Iris. Barry, determined to uncover the truth about his mother's death, in turn, becomes an outcast.

When he stumbles upon physicist Harrison Wells' particle accelerator, he is immediately intrigued. During a public unveiling of the device, which is said to bring advancements in the field of medicine, a powerful explosion leads to a freak storm that kills many people and Barry gets struck by lightning.

When he wakes up from a 9-month coma, he realizes that he is not the same person. The accident has given him the power of super speed.

Tune in to watch how a young, isolated boy transforms into the powerful "Flash."

"The Flash" will premiere on Tuesday, October 7, at 8/7c on The CW.
