The quarterback class to come out of the 2012 draft is compared to the 2004 class, which included Eli Manning, Phillip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger. That's high praise, considering those quarterbacks have four Super Bowl rings among them.

2012 number one overall pick Andrew Luck is normally viewed as the top passer of the group, but varying opinions have started to emerge recently. Denver Broncos cornerback Chris Harris seems to think Russell Wilson deserves that distinction.

"He's the best quarterback we've played so far," Harris said of Wilson after the Seattle Seahawks 26-20 overtime victory against Denver Sunday. "I don't know why they keep saying Andrew Luck is better than him. He's not better than Russell Wilson."

The Broncos have played both Wilson's Seahawks and Luck's Indianapolis Colts this season. Denver beat the Colts, but suffered their second loss to Seattle under Wilson.

Wilson was drafted 75th overall by the Seahawks in the third round of the 2012 draft. Despite his modest draft position, Wilson was named Super Bowl MVP last year and has now improved to 7-0 against top quarterbacks Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Aaron Rodgers. In those games, Wilson has thrown 14 touchdown passes against only one interception.

"He's as good as those guys," coach Pete Carroll said Monday on ESPN 710 in Seattle.

Wilson currently leads the NFL with a passer rating of 108.9.
