The ghost of Robin Williams made an appearance on the cover of at least one copy of TIME released shortly after the comedian's death and it's up for auction on Ebay.

What was likely a case of missing black ink, a copy of TIME dons a grey, ghostly image of Williams.

The subscriber who received the haunted issue is trying to make a couple of bucks off of it on Ebay. User warnecathe from Washington joined Ebay on Aug. 21 - six days after the magazine hit stands - and listed the magazine in an auction starting at $10,000. The auction ends tomorrow at 5 p.m., but there are no bidders yet.

The photo on the cover of TIME was taken by photographer Nigel Parry in 2007. This is Williams' second appearance on the magazine's cover. The first was in March 1979.

Although the misprint's timing seemed mysterious, it was not the first ghost sighting of the comedian since his death on Aug. 11.

Near the end of August, security watching over Williams' California home while his wife prepared his funeral arrangements reported that his ghost was haunting the home. The ghost was said to have Williams' sense of humor, turning the TV on to a stand-up comedy show starring the late Richard Pryor.
