A model and a movie star! Kendall Jenner is reportedly in talks to co-star in the sequel of the highly anticipated movie "Fifty Shades of Grey."

According to Grazia Magazine via the Daily Mail, the 18-year-old model and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has reportedly caught the eye of "Fifty Shades" director Sam Taylor-Wood. The brunette socialite reportedly failed to close a deal for the first movie, but is reportedly being sought for the second installment.

"She [Sam] is fascinated by her [Kendall] and expressed interest in her appearing in the first film but it didn't happen," an insider said, according to Grazia Magazine. "Universal is also keen for Kendall to be involved in the sequel. They put in a call to her people and arranged a meeting last month, which went really well."

Jenner has reportedly met with producers at Universal and sources reportedly confirmed that the meeting "went really well."

"It wouldn't be a major role but would certainly be a foot in the door of Hollywood," a source said. "Apparently, she'll only sign on once Sam Taylor-Wood is confirmed as the director."

Hollywood Life reported that the model is looking to change career paths and wants to be taken more seriously in the entertainment industry.

Kim Kardashian's younger sister is currently gearing up for New York Fashion Week, after making her debut in February walking for Marc Jacobs.

"This [show] is my big kick-off to start and grow my career," she said in an interview with Into The Gloss at the time. "The New York fashion scene is crazy, madness, but I love the energy. I'm a little nervous for the show, but I'm really excited. It's my first runway show, so I've been practicing. I feel like everybody has their own individual walk, and that's what makes someone so special. Maybe I'll run down the runway!"

"Fifty Shades of Grey," which is based on E.L. James' bestseller series and stars Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson, will hit theaters on Valentine's Day next year.
