Did AMC just confirm that The Hunters will be added to Season 5 of "The Walking Dead?" The network released a new key art poster that hinted at the cannibals arrival. In the photo Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is seen crouched on the ground holding a gun. The caption on the poster reads, "Hunt or be Hunted."

It's been rumored for months that the people at Terminus were really a form of The Hunters mentioned in Robert Kirkman's comic books. The piles of bones on the ground and screaming people trapped in train cars, kind of gave it away. However, Kirkman has never confirmed that the "Termites" were people-eaters.

Entertainment Weekly recently caught up with Lincoln and asked him what fans can expect from Season 5. Lincoln talked about his character's transformation back to ass-kicking Rick and said the one word to describe this season is "brutal."

"The show is the same story moving forward," Lincoln said about the upcoming season. "But because their leader is incredibly uncompromising, I think he is dragging a lot of those people into a place that is darker, more brutal, and there will be a fallout from that. So it feels like it's a more grown-up show. It feels like we're heading into the heart of darkness. Brutal is the word for this season. It's always been pretty intense, but this season I think is very hard hitting. People should be prepared for that, I think."

As far as the new Rick, Lincoln said that his character has finally accepted that in order to survive  - and protect his loved ones - he's going to have to be a little brutal.

"Rick is probably at the most complete place he's been ever since the apocalypse started," Lincoln said. "He's a man who doesn't doubt himself anymore, and he's accepted his brutality as much as his humanity. So I think he's in an incredibly powerful and dangerous place."

"You stand alongside Rick, you're family. You stand in opposition to him, you're a problem," he added.

TV Line also had some scoop on the new season and reported that the Season 5 premiere, which airs Oct. 12, is titled "No Sanctuary." According to IMDb, the synopsis for episode one reads: "After learning that Terminus was nothing but a trap, Rick and the group must do whatever it takes to escape."
