Scarlett Johansson has teamed up with Planned Parenthood to speak on behalf of women's rights.

The pregnant 29-year-old actress is standing up for women who face legal "restrictions on healthcare and access to birth control," according to The Wrap. Johansson designed her own t-shirt for the Planned Parenthood Action Fund's new line of celebrity-designed clothing.

Johansson's shirt is the first for the organization's "Women are Watching" political campaign, a plot targeted to educate and "mobilizes young voters about women's health issues and women's rights." The shirts are meant to raise funds for the organization as they prepare to oppose pro-life candidates.

"When I heard that some politicians were cheering the Supreme Court's decision to give bosses the right to interfere in our access to birth control, I thought I had woken up in another decade," Johansson said in a statement. "Like many of my friends, I was appalled by the thought of men taking away women's ability to make our own personal health care decisions. That's when I knew I couldn't sit on the sidelines and why I'm proud to support Planned Parenthood Action Fund's Women are Watching campaign to ensure that young women know the high stakes for women's health and rights this November."

The shirts feature Johansson's signature on one of the sleeves, along with a message to politician. According to the organization's website, the front of the shirt reads "Hey Politicians! The 1950s called..." and the back reads "They want their sexism back!"

The shirts are available online for $25.

"Women are watching, and we will fight for candidates who will ensure that birth control is affordable and who will protect access to safe and legal abortion," Johansson continued. "Women will be the key to the elections this November and it's more important than ever that young women register to vote and vote for the candidate that will stand up and fight for them."

In September Planned Parenthood will release a t-shirt created by Gabrielle Union and two more designed by "Orange is the New Black" stars Natasha Lyonne and Selenis Leyva in October.
