They finally did it! Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are now Mr. and Mrs. Pitt. The couple married on Aug. 23 in a super low-key ceremony at Chateau Miraval in the village of Correns, France in front of family and friends. A source told People magazine that the wine-growing estate was the perfect place for the couple of nine years to tie-the-knot.

Pitt and Jolie first settled on getting married at Chateau Miraval in 2008. Recently the estate, spread over 1,100 acres, underwent extensive renovations. The couple first got engaged two years when the "World War Z" star proposed with a custom diamond ring he designed for Jolie.

Sources said the couple's six children - Maddox, 13, Pax, 11, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8, and 6-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - were all a part of the wedding festivities. According to E! News, Maddox and Pax walked the actress down the aisle while Zahara and Vivienne threw petals. Knox and Shiloh were the ring bearers.

"We're just waiting for it to be the right time with the kids, with work, when it feels right," Jolie told People back in May about wedding plans. "We talk about it occasionally, and the kids talk about it with us."

"Which is verging on hysterical, how kids envision a wedding," she added. "They will in a way be the wedding planners. It's going to be Disney or paintball - one or the other! We've got a lot of different personalities in the house. They've got some strong opinions. It will be fun. That's the important thing. When we do it, it will feel like a great day for our family."
