Did Zoe Saldana just confirm her pregnancy to the entire world? Well, sort of.

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" actress posted a video of herself participating in the ALS Ice Bucket challenge, but due to her pregnancy the 36-year-old actress did not take a bucket of ice to the head and instead nominated her husband, Italian artist Marco Perego.

"Obviously I can't do it myself," Saldana said while rubbing her growing baby bump. "I nominate my husband to take on the challenge and get rinsed with an ice bucket of ice water."

The couple then went on to nominate Ron Burkle, James Cameron, Eileen Getty and Salma Hayek to take the challenge or donate funds.

In July, a representative for the actress confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that Saldana was pregnant with her first child. She was also rumored to be expecting twins. At the same time, Saldana appeared at the "Guardians of the Galaxy" premiere sporting a tiny baby bump.

Saldana has not made any public announcement regarding a pregnancy. A source told Us Weekly that the actress "will only announce the news when she's ready," but she is "thrilled" about the pregnancy.

Last month, the "Star Trek" actress took to Twitter  to slam the media for invading her "privacy" after reports about her pregnancy were made public.

She first tweeted a quote from labor activist and former Polish president Lech Walesa - "I believe that any violation of privacy is nothing good." Saldana then added her own words - "I would like to thank all the (expletive) media for invading our privacy."

The "Avatar" actress was spotted leaving Sprinkles Cupcakes in Los Angeles over the weekend while wearing a fitted black midi dress, which displayed her baby bump. She later met up with her husband and their pooch, Mugsy.
