With her upcoming wedding to Ashton Kutcher and a baby on the way, Mila Kunis recently put up her Los Angeles bachelorette pad for sale.

The 30-year-old "Jupiter Ascending" actress is selling her 5,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style home located at 3028 Paulcrest Dr, a private cul de sac in the heart of the Hollywood Hills.

The house sports beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors and an open floor plan. It also features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give way to a huge entertaining patio around the pool, with spectacular views of the city, according to Zillow.

The house has five bedrooms and bathrooms, a fireplace, porch, hot tub as well as a high-end home movie theater for eight people. And since Kutcher's fiancée prioritizes safety, her bachelorette pad also includes a Crestron security system, E! News reported.

The actress, who received a Golden Globe nomination for her performance in the 2010 film "Black Swan," purchased the property for $2.885 million in 2008, and she is now hoping to sell it for $3.995 million with the help of "Million-Dollar Listing LA" stars Josh and Matt Altman.

Kunis and Kutcher reportedly purchased a new home in Beverly Hills for $10.215 million in May, multiple sources told Us Weekly.

The couple's new 7,351-square-foot house is located in an exclusive gated community of the posh 90210 neighborhood where Nicole Kidman and Cameron Diaz also live. It features three bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The two reportedly decided to buy a new abode because the 36-year-old "Two and a Half Men" actor wanted a place closer to his office, one tipster told Us Weekly.

The two-story house of the soon-to-be parents also sports a large porch, kidney-shaped pool, vegetable garden and gives the A-list couple "lots of privacy," another source dished to the celebrity and entertainment magazine.

"The house is perfect for a family," the source added, noting that it is "very traditional and different" from Kutcher's last two modern homes. It also has "hiking trails that they can get to just outside their front door.
