Zach Galifianakis is known for two things: being funny and looking like he's suffering from a hangover.

The 43-year-old stand-up comic and actor, who plays Alan in the hit film franchise, debuted a new, sharp look at the "The Hangover III" premiere in Paris on Monday, May 27. Galifianakis showed off his freshly shaved goatee for the cameras on the read carpet.

Us Weekly posted a photo of Galifianakis' new look claiming the actor complemented his new "clean-cut" style with a three-piece gray suit, a pink shirt and maroon tie for Monday's premiere in Paris.

According to US Weekly, Galifianakis, who rocked his full grown beard at the Los Angeles premiere of the film the previous Monday, has parted from his famous beard twice in the past. Once in 2010 when he shaved it during the musical guest break for an "SNL" skit and again in 2011 when he also shaved his head for a mohawk skit.

Galifianakis goatee may not be enough to boast ticket sales.

According to Screencrush.com, the "The Hangover III" made about $42.5 million on its opening weekend. Another franchise, "Fast and the Furious 6," dominated the box office with an incredible $98.5 million in ticket sales.

Many critics bashed the comedy, as it reportedly falls into the trap of being a remake of the previous films in the franchise. Director Todd Phillips promised fans that the third film would go in a new direction.

According to NPR.org, "The Hangover III" is an excessively violent action comedy that handily manages the tough task of feeling at once tired and aggressively heartless.

Still, Galifianakis fans will scramble to go see their beloved Alan one last time along with the entire "Hangover" crew.
