A self-proclaimed spiritual healer, was arrested and charged with sexual assault on his client, police said. He also threatened the victim, of Hispanic origin, that he would report her to immigration services and have her deported if she informed the police.

Mario Alexander Gil, 42, of Grand Prairie, allegedly assaulted the victim at his business place in Centro Profesional, on the 4200 block of Northeast 28th Street in Haltom City, Texas, according to the police. The woman was referred to Gil for her migraine headaches. He told her to call him "master" and charged her $500 per session.

Police said he assaulted her sexually in the fourth session. "Our concern is that there may be more victims," said Cpl. Joe Hackfeld, of the Haltom City Police Department, reports NBCDFW.com. "We've had the one report, but we don't know if there's more people out there, especially [who] may be juvenile victims."

Gil advertised about the services in a Hispanic newspaper called 'La Subasta,' reports CBS DFW..

According to the police, Gil might have victimized other women who are afraid to come forward. The police claim they are aware of another similar assault but are yet to go forward with the investigation.

Officials who work with the Hispanic community say a victim's immigration status is of concern. Most are vulnerable to such threats and are easy targets.

Gil is at present out on bail. Officials said anyone who may be a victim or has additional information can contact Haltom City Police Detective Limones at 817-222-7081.
