Could Sarah Drew be imitating her pregnant "Grey's Anatomy" character?

The 33-year-old actress is expecting her second child with husband Peter Lanfer, according to People Magazine. Drew is reportedly four months into her pregnancy, with a due date set for December.

"Peter and I are delighted to announce our pregnancy," Drew told People. "We can't wait to introduce Micah to his little brother or sister."

The actress shared the big news on Tuesday with her 290,000 followers on Twitter by posting a picture of a full-length selfie that showed off her growing baby bump. Drew captioned the snap, "Nope. That's not a fake belly :)."

In the upcoming season of "Grey's Anatomy" Drew's character April Kepner is expecting her first child with Dr. Jackson Avery, played by actor Jesse Williams, who became a first time father in January.

The "Mom's Night Out" actress and her husband tied the knot in June 2002 and are already parents to two-year-old son Micah Emmanuel.

"He does have tantrums now and again, but for the most part, he's incredibly sweet and funny and such a good boy," Drew said about her son, according to People. "He's a lot easier than a lot of toddlers. I'm very, very lucky."

During her first pregnancy Drew revealed to Us Weekly that her co-stars helped her prepare for her son.

"I got great advice about nausea from Ellen Pompeo because I am still dealing with nausea, which is no fun," Drew told the publication at the time. "She's a wealth of information: She's done all the research and looked into every possible way of doing things."

She added: "I've gotten some great advice from Jessica Capshaw, especially about the brand of Pampers I'm supposed to be using. But I'm like, 'Dude, I have some time.' And I had great advice from Chyler Leigh about breastfeeding."

Season 11 of "Grey's Anatomy" returns Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
