Forget about throwing shade - it's all about tossing claws and prosthetic legs.

Aviva Drescher, who stars in Bravo's "The Housewives of New York City," explained to Access Hollywood her reason behind throwing her prosthetic leg on the table during dinner while filming the show's finale.

"I got really annoyed," Drescher said. "Just don't piss off the Aviva. I was being attacked by three shrews at a cocktail party...Some people throw down their glasses and I just threw down my leg!"

During the catfight Drescher removed her leg and yelled "The only thing that is fake and artificial about me - is this. Everything else is real! I'm sick of being called fake!"

Drescher, who lost her leg at the age of six while playing on a conveyor belt on a farm, said she took off the prosthetic in response to her cast members calling her fake and a lair, during a dinner party hosted by Sonja Morgan. The women were reportedly questioning Drescher's truthfulness about her asthma.

"You can say whatever you want about me, but to question the veracity of my honesty is going to really piss me off. It's going to really bum me out. It's going take me to the edge," she told E! News. "Questioning my truthfulness set me off...I was being attacked by three shrews and they just wouldn't stop and I thought that maybe they would shut up if I threw my leg on the table. And they did."

Drescher currently stars alongside cast members Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Carole Radziwill, Heather Thomson and Kristen Taekman.
