AMC's "The Walking Dead" will be taking over Sunday nights in three short months. Season 5 of the hit zombie show debuts in October. Recently, Entertainment Weekly unveiled a new image from the upcoming season that shows a blooded and bruised Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) bound and gagged.

In the picture, Daryl has a black eye, a bruise above his other eye and marks on his neck. He looks pretty banged up. What the heck did they do to Daryl?! We only hope he is able to escape and give whoever is responsible a serious ass-kicking. You can check out the photo here.

Now onto the fun stuff: spoilers and speculations! Over the weekend there was a lot of rumbling about a "death dinner." On July 11, Walking Dead Podcast tweeted, "possible #thewalkingdead 'death dinner' happening tonight!"

No one knows for sure who will be killed - but past rumors have included Glenn and Daryl - but according to The Walking Enthusiasts several former cast members, including Jeffrey DeMunn (Dale) and Jon Bernthal (Shane) were spotted on set.

For those who don't know, a "death dinner" happens when a main character is killed off of a TV show. Usually the cast - past and present - and the crew get together to celebrate/say goodbye to the actor.

However, since rumors emerged of a death dinner, all the main characters have been spotted filming on set in Atlanta. There was also buzz that viewers could see Alexandria Safe Zone pop up in the upcoming season.

According to The Spoiling Dead's Facebook page, "The Walking Dead" producers want to build a 15 foot wall around a group of houses. Check out the photo here.

Here's what The Spoiling Dead had to say: "Ground is breaking for the wall that's going up around Brownstone. The studio went in front of city council Tuesday night to give their plans and get the ok from the city. The plan is to erect a 15 ft wall around a set of row house. They plan on filming there as soon as September and over the next two years is what was stated in the meeting. The property is owned by the president of the studio. The whole idea behind them building all of this is to be utilized at some point for any type of filming production. Word is that this filming over the next two years will be, Alexandria."

If this is true, it sounds like viewers will be introduced to Alexandria in the second half of Season 5. In Robert Kirkman's comic books, Rick Grimes and the group are currently housed at Alexandria Safe Zone.

What do you think of the rumors?
