Before getting arrested for his disruptive behavior during the Broadway musical "Cabaret," actor Shia LaBeouf was videotaped trying to start a fight outside of a New York City strip club.

TMZ posted a video of the former "Transformers" star getting into an altercation with another male. In the video, the 28-year-old actor is seen bouncing around on the sidewalk with his fists up, appearing as though he preparing to fight.

LaBeouf, who is seen wearing a reddish shirt and dark slacks, begins taunting the unidentified man. A security guard stands in between the two men, blocking the actor from getting close enough to do bodily harm. After the exchange of words, the actor walks away.

The videographer told TMZ that the reason behind the altercation is still unknown.

The video was reportedly filmed just a week before LaBeouf was arrested for his erratic behavior while attending a Broadway show on Thursday in New York City. LaBeouf was accused of smoking inside the theater, slapping random strangers on the rear end and yelling expletives at audience members and the actors on stage.

The actor also reportedly hurled insults and profanities at officers when being taken out of the theater in handcuffs. He pleaded not guilty to "two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of criminal trespassing." He was also charged with harassment.

LaBeouf was released from jail Friday morning.

TMZ also reported that LaBeouf is now banned from a restaurant in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, after allegedly urinating against an outside wall in May.
