The Utah Jazz reportedly are offering a trade package that includes Derrick Favors, Alec Burks and the No. 5 pick of the 2014 NBA draft for the Cleveland Cavaliers' first overall pick.  Cleveland, meanwhile, looks less likely to trade down: ESPN's Chad Ford reports Cleveland is "torn" between selecting Jabari Parker or Andrew Wiggins.

After missing the postseason the last two years, Utah appears ready to make a major move to put themself back into playoff contention.  Spencer Checketts of Salt Lake City's 1280 The Zone reports the Jazz are trying to trade up, per Jazz beat writer Jody Genessy.

"Jazz are offering up Derrick Favors, Alec Burks and No. 5 pick to Cavs for the No. 1 selection and Jarrett Jack, according to (Checketts)," Genessy tweeted on Monday.

Utah selected Burks in 2011 with the No. 12 pick; he averaged 14.0 points per game last season.  Favors went third overall in the 2010 draft and spent the last four seasons in Utah, averaging 13.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game last season.

While taking Jack frees up some of Cleveland's salary space, the Cavaliers would be better off keeping the No. 1 pick and having their pick of the litter in the upcoming draft.  Ford reports Cleveland is trying to decide between Parker, who's the most NBA-ready player of the class, and Wiggins, who has the most upside of the class.

"They are torn," a source close to the situation told ESPN.  "They met for three hours and all they talked about was those two guys.  ... They haven't come to a decision yet."

Ford, as well as a few other analysts, inititally had Joel Embiid going No. 1.  The 7-footer's recent foot surgery, along with his back injury from last season, however, is likely to have him fall out of the top five.

The NBA draft is on Thursday, June 26.
