The Samsung Galaxy Discover will be making its way to Cricket Wireless this summer, according to CNET*.

Samsung announced the news at CTIA Wednesday. The company also said the Samsung Admire 2 will debut this summer and the Samsung Galaxy S4 will hit stores June 7. The Galaxy Discover currently sells for approximately $100 but the official Cricket price of the phone has not been released.

The Galaxy Discover weighs 4.4 ounces and has a screen that measures 3.5 inches. The phone is 4.59 inches tall and 2.42 inches wide. It has three simple keys—menu, home, back—below the 320x480 HVGA display.

The all-black phone does not have a front facing camera but does have a 3-megapixel rear camera. Unfortunately, it has no flash.

The Galaxy Discover runs on an 800MHz single-core processor. It won’t get you anywhere near the efficiency of the Galaxy S4 but its not meant to. Its processor allows you to perform everyday smartphone tasks. Its uses a 1,300 mAh battery that is expected to allow 8.5 hours of talk time and up to 11 days of stand-by time.

As far as operating systems go the Cricket runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It comes with its own version of navigation in addition to Muve Music, the music subscription service from Cricket.

The Galaxy Discover also includes 4GB of internal memory, 512MB of RAM, a storage capacity that can be expanded to 32GB and Bluetooth capabilities.
