Justin Bieber apologized a second time after another leaked video of the singer using the N-word surfaced. On Wednesday, June 4 TMZ posted a video of a younger Bieber changing the lyrics to his hit 2009 song "One Less Lonely Girl" to "One Less Lonely N**er."

In the clip, Bieber joked about "killing a n**er" and joining the Klu Klux Klan.

British tabloid, The Sun, was first to report about the second video. The offensive footage came just days after another video popped up of a 15-year-old Bieber telling a racist joke about African Americans and chainsaws.

Following major backlash, the pop star released a new apology to US Weekly.

"Facing my mistakes from years ago has been one of the hardest things I've ever dealt with," he said in a statement to the magazine. "But I feel now that I need to take responsibility for those mistakes and not let them linger. I just hope that the next 14-year-old kid who doesn't understand the power of these words does not make the same mistakes I made years ago. At the end of the day I just need to step up and own what I did."

The "Boyfriend" singer has been quiet on social media following the release of the second video but did tweet a link to his Instagram account, which was a photo of Bible verses.

Scooter Braun, Bieber's manager, also addressed the racism scandal and posted a quote he attributed to himself.

"Some mistakes have no excuse. They are just wrong. But how a man reacts to those mistakes... How he owns it and learns from it... That defines him more than the mistakes itself," Braun tweeted.

According to reports, it's believed that both clips are from the same 2009 video. The Sun reports that Bieber was already signed to Raymond Braun Media Group when it was made.

"Unfortunately this is the devastating reality of how Justin has behaved and reveals his attitude toward such a deeply emotive subject," a source told The Sun. "People need to see this. Normal kids in society do not make these kinds of jokes. He is protected by a network of staff, but the camera doesn't lie. This is the real Justin."

The song, "One Less Lonely Girl," was written by Bieber's mentor Usher. After the first incident, the 20-year-old singer took to Twitter to release a statement and apologize for offending anyone.

"As I kid, I didn't understand the power of certain words and jokes, but didn't realize at the time that it wasn't funny and that in fact my actions were continuing the ignorance," he said in the first statement. "Thanks to my family and friends I learned from my mistakes and grew up and apologized for those wrongs. Now that these mistakes from the past have become public I need to apologize again to all those I have offended. I'm very sorry."
