"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" writer David S. Goyer's comments about Marvel's She-Hulk have stirred controversy with her fans.

According to The Mary Sue, Goyer made the comments during podcast called ScriptNotes.  Goyer called She-Hulk "chunky" and compared her to WWE wrestler Chyna.  The writer went on to give his opinion on She-Hulk.

"I have a theory about She-Hulk. Which was created by a man, right? And at the time in particular I think 95% of comic book readers were men and certainly almost all of the comic book writers were men," Goyer said during the podcast.  "So the Hulk was this classic male power fantasy. It's like, most of the people reading comic books were these people like me who were just these little kids getting the s*** kicked out of them every day."

"And so then they created She-Huk, right? Who was still smart..." he added.  "I think She-Hulk is the chick that you could f*** if you were Hulk, you know what I'm saying? ... She-Hulk was the extension of the male power fantasy. So it's like if I'm going to be this geek who becomes the Hulk then let's create a giant green porn star that only the Hulk could f***."

She-Hulk co-creator Stan Lee told Comic Riffs (via The Washington Post) he never intended for the superhero to be Hulk's female partner.

"Never for an instant did I want her as a love interest for Hulk," Lee told Comic Riffs tonight. "Only a nut would even think of that."

Lee also didn't appreciate the comments made about She-Hulk's physique.

"As for her looking beautiful and curvy, show me the superheroine who isn't," Lee told Comic Riffs.
