Rihanna is feeling the wrath of Charlie Sheen after the actor bashed the pop star on Twitter for displaying some diva-like behavior. Sheen said that he was at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica on Wednesday, May 21 celebrating his fiancée's birthday when he found out that Rihanna was also dining at the celebrity hot spot.

Since Brett Rossi is a huge fan of Rihanna's, Sheen sent a request for the singer to meet Rossi. Apparently, the "Stay" singer rejected the request saying that "there were too many paps outside."

"Nice impression you left behind, Bday or not. Sorry we're not KOOL enough to warrant a blessing from the Princess (or in this case the Village idiot)," he tweeted. "you see THIS is the reason that I ALWAYS take the time. THIS is why I'm in this thing 31 awesome years. Good will and common courtesy, carefully established over time to exist radically in concert with a code of gratitude!"

"I guess 'Talk That Talk' was just a big ol lie from a big ol liar," Sheen continued. "oh and Rihanna, Halloween isn't for a while, but good on you for testing out your costume in public. It's close; a more muted pink might be the answer, as in: none."

He ends his very long Twitter rant by offering a piece of advice to the singer: "If ya don't wanna get bothered DON'T LEAVE YOUR HOUSE! an if this 'Prison of Fame' is sooooo unnerving and difficult, then QUIT, junior."

Rihanna responded to Sheen's rant and posted, "If that old queen don't get ha diapers out of a bunch..."

Rossi, who now goes by the name Scottine Sheen, explained the situation on Twitter saying that she and her fiancé were seated in a private room while Rihanna was out in the main dining room.

"Our security team respectfully asked her security team," she posted. "There were literally 3 paps outside... We weren't asking her to come outside for a photoshoot. We just wanted to just extend a friendly 'hello' after she finished her meal of course."
