The Jacksonville Jaguars reportedly plan to draft quarterback Johnny Manziel with the third pick of the 2014 NFL draft.  Although the Cleveland Browns could likely trade up for the 2012 Heisman winner, a report indicates Cleveland is uninterested in the signal caller.

Jacksonville reportedly believes their answer at quarterback is Manziel.

"Word's spreading among media here (in New York) that Manziel is going to Jacksonville at 3," John McClain of the Houston Chronicle tweeted on Wednesday.

The Jaguars have been mum on Manziel up until this point.  Multiple reports, including from ESPN and the NFL Network, have indicated Cleveland will draft the former Aggie, but Fox Sports' Jay Glazer refuted the reports.

"Let me just stop you right there, ok?  ESPN has reported all night that the Cleveland Browns are taking Johnny Manziel, and I am here to tell you they are not," Glazer said Tuesday during an interview with Fox Sports radio, via PFT.  "NFL Network -- I know they had come out and said well (Browns owner) Jimmy Haslam has told everybody in the room that he wants it to happen -- that is not happening.

In fact, it's the other way.  Jimmy Haslam has walked into the Brown's draft room and said, 'Hey guys, this is not what I do for a living, it's what you do for a living.  Whatever you do, I trust.'  There has not been some edict I guess.  I have no idea where that came from, but that's not happening."

Manziel is expected to be a top 10 pick on Thursday.  The St. Louis Rams reportedly "really like" Manziel, but only if he is still on the board for the Rams' No. 13 pick.
