Rumors are continuing to fly with the 2014 NFL draft only days away.  Included below are reports the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles want to draft quarterback Johnny Manziel, the Houston Texans want to trade down and the majority of teams will pick signal callers in the late-first and early-second rounds.

Manziel, the most polarizing figure in the 2014 draft, is a consensus top 10 pick.  ESPN pundit Skip Bayless reported on Friday hearing rumors that Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly is trying to move up in the draft to select Manziel, who would likely excel in Kelly's college-style offense.

Dallas is another team reportedly eying the 2012 Heisman winner.  At least one report from last week indicate Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is set on drafting Manziel.  The Cowboys, owners of the No. 16 pick, would almost certainly have to trade up for a chance to pick the signal caller.

The St. Louis Rams also reportedly want Manziel.  Peter King of MMQB reported on Monday that the Rams "really like" Manziel with their No. 13 pick, if the former Aggies quarterback is still available.

King also reported the Texans are still considering trading down.  The Atlanta Falcons are said to be wanting to trade up and draft defensive end Jadeveon Clowney, but it's uncertain how much they would be willing to give up for the first overall pick.

If Houston does keep the No. 1 pick, King reported hearing they would pass on Clowney and choose linebacker Khalil Mack.

NFL analyst Gil Brandt also believes Mack, whom Houston reportedly likes over Clowney, will be drafted ahead of Clowney.

Offensive tackle Greg Robinson and receiver Sammy Watkins are expected to be top three picks.  The latest mock drafts from ESPN's Mel Kiper and Todd McShay both have Robinson going second to St. Louis and Watkins going third to the Jacksonville Jaguars.

King also believes Robinson will go No. 2 to the Rams, who worked out Robinson on Thursday at Auburn.

With the exception of Manziel and Blake Bortles, most quarterbacks seem likely to come off the board in the late-first and early-second rounds.  The Arizona Cardinals are reportedly eying a passer with their No. 20 pick, and the Minnesota Vikings, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans all reportedly plan to draft a quarterback with their second-round picks.

The draft begins on Thursday.
