A middle school teacher is facing charges after performing a "full contact" lap dance on one of her students for his birthday during class, UK MailOnline reported.

Felicia A. Smith allegedly gave the birthday boy a lap dance as he sat in a chair in the front of the classroom at Stovall Middle School in February.

"I love you baby, happy birthday," Smith said after ending the dance and giving the boy a hug, according to court documents.

Smith came out and confessed to the police about giving the birthday student a lap dance after the class "convinced her to do it," court records reveal.

As the third-period class started, the student told police that music began playing and Smith positioned a chair in front of the room, KHOU reported.

After the class started shouting for the boy to sit down on the chair, he relented. Following that, Smith gave him a lap dance.

"He said he became aroused as Smith fondled him and rubbed her hands and buttocks on his body and allowed him to slap her buttocks," UK MailOnline reported. "Smith told police she remembered 'circling the student while he was sitting in the chair and losing her balance a few times which made the students laugh,' reports KHOU."

The dance, lasting almost four minutes, was reportedly captured on video. On Thursday, Smith was charged with having an improper relationship with a student.

"The teacher was removed from the campus during the investigation and has not returned. The district takes this allegation seriously and is fully cooperating with prosecutors. The safety and security of our students will continue to be a top priority in Aldine ISD,'" the Aldine Independent School District said in a statement.

Smith's bail has been set at $30,000, according to UK MailOnline.
