A 1970s singer who previously sued Kanye West for snatching samples of his band's song for "Bound 2" is now taking aim at Vogue for using the tune in a promotional video.

Vogue editor Anna Wintour's company is being sued over an April photo shoot that featured Kanye West and Kim Kardashian on the issue's cover, according to Fox.

Rickey Spicer, who once sang lead vocals for his band "The Ponderosa Twins Plus One," claimed West illegally sampled a piece of his song for "Bound 2," a track featured on Ye's latest album "Yeezus."

Spicer then heard the song in an "exclusive video" that Vogue put on its website ahead of the April issue's release. The video "takes you on set with the happy family," and depicts some behind-the-scenes action of Kimye posing with baby North.

Spicer told Fox that he was surprised to hear his own voice playing in the video, as Vogue producers chose "Bound 2" as the backtrack for the spot.

According to his Manhattan civil suit against Conde Nast, Spicer contends that his "voice is used substantially throughout the video, comprising approximately 44 percent of the lyrics."

A representative from Vogue was not available for comment when approached by the New York Post.

Celebrity photographer Annie Leibowitz shot the April cover, Fox reported.

West's "Bound 2" also samples pieces from Wee's "Aeroplane (Reprise)" in addition to Brenda Lee's 1959 track, "Sweet Nothin's."
