A teenager accused of urinating in a Portland reservoir -- prompting officials to drain the 38 million gallons of drinking water -- denies any wrongdoing, according to Vocativ.

Dallas Swonger, 18, was seen allegedly relieving himself near the Mount Tabor Reservoir on early Wednesday morning on surveillance footage. The next day, city officials announced their plan to flush the millions of water due to the contamination.

"I didn't piss in the f****** water," he told Shane Dixon Kavanaugh of Vocatic. Instead, he said he urinated on a nearby wall.

"I leaned up against the wall and pissed on it," he claimed. "Right there on the wall, dude. I don't know else how to describe it."

In the expletive-filled interview, Swonger expressed his anger about his name being spread for a story that is allegedly untrue.

"Everybody thinks it's funny and a joke and I'm going to be on the news," he said. "It's no f****** joke, dude. I don't want people thinkin' that Dallas is dumb a** because he pissed in the f****** water. In our drinking water. Yeah, that's f****** awesome. I mean, wouldn't you be pissed about that?"

However, Water Bureau officials argue Swonger definitely peed in the water.

"When you see the video, he's leaning right up because he has to get his little wee wee right up to the iron bars," administrator Davd Shaff told the Oregonian. "There's really no doubt what he's doing."

Swonger and his friends, identified as Trey McDaniel and and Daniel McDonald, were cited for trespassing. Swonger was also cited for public urination, and the Water Bureau will likely pursue additional charges against him.

Floy Jones, co-founder of Friends of the Reservoirs, criticized the city's decision to drain the water.

"It's extremely wasteful," she told NBCNews.com.
