Oklahoma State star Marcus Smart announced his decision to declare for the 2014 NBA draft.  Kentucky guards Andrew and Aaron Harrison, meanwhile, are reportedly being pressured by their father to enter the upcoming draft.

As expected, Smart will forego his junior year at Oklahoma State and declare for the 2014 draft.

"I've told my teammates and my coaching staff, this year was my last year here and I am declaring for the NBA draft," Smart told the Oklahoman on Monday, via ESPN.  "I have picked an agent, with the Wasserman Group, a great group of guys."

Smart, who led the Cowboys in scoring with 18.0 points per game, surprised some last year by choosing to return for his sophomore year.  Although Oklahoma State were knocked out in the 2014 NCAA Tournament's Round of 64, Smart said he doesn't regret his decision to wait until now to declare for the NBA.

"I had a great season here at Oklahoma State," Smart said.  "It's weird, because I didn't go to the NBA draft last year, I chose to come back - which I do not regret at all.  A lot of people say I made the wrong decision.  But who are they to tell me what I should have done?  It's me, not them.

"I believe I made the right decision.  I get to do what I love to do."

The Harrison twins also could be in next year's NBA rookie class.  Adam Zagoria of SNY.tv reports their father would like them to declare for this year's draft.

"I had heard that the father's pushing them out," an NBA scout told Zagoria.  "He wants them to go.  This was before the tournament started."

The twins' father, however, has previously admitted concerns about having his 19-year-old kids being thrown into NBA world.

Aaron and Andrew aren't considered to be top 10 picks, but they likely improved their stocks with Kentucky's run to the NCAA championship.

They have until April 27 to declare.
