Amazon.com Inc. has unveiled its newest innovation, Fire TV, a video streaming device that lets users have an easy and instant access to on-demand streaming video services.

The world's largest online retailer on Wednesday introduced Amazon Fire TV, a small box, which when plugged into any high-definition television, will allow users enjoy watching movies, listening to music, looking at photos and playing game. It combines all top subscription and streaming services such as Netflix, Flixster, Hulu Plus, Pandora, TuneIn, iHeart Radio, Minecraft, and The Game of Life, with Amazon's massive selection of digital content.

Amazon Fire TV, which comes with a remote control, is easy to use and is equipped with powerful specs. It has a quad-core processor, an Adreno 320 graphics engine that can process 57 billion floating point every second, and a two-gigabyte memory for faster and smoother content loading. It is also capable of streaming in high-definition 1080-pixel with 7.1 Dolby Digital Plus surround sound as it comes with dual-band and dual-antenna Wi-Fi.

The innovation features a voice search that will let you save time looking through a list of selection and a revolutionized parental control, which lets parents choose what their children sees and set time limits for the day through FreeTime. It also has a feature that predicts what movies and TV episodes you'll want to watch. Moreover, it lets users view their photos and personal videos on their televisions.

Prime members can avail of FreeTime Unlimited for just $2.99 per month for every child or $ 6.99 per month for the whole family. Those who are not Prime members yet can subscribe to FreeTime unlimited for $4.99 per month for every child or $9.99 per month for the whole family.

"Tiny box, huge specs, tons of content, incredible price --people are going to love Fire TV," said Jeff Bezos, founder and CEO of the Seattle, Wash.-based e-commerce company, in a press release. "Voice search that actually works means no more typing on an alphabet grid. Our exclusive new ASAP feature predicts the shows you'll want to watch and gets them ready to stream instantly. And our open approach gives you not just Amazon Instant Video and Prime Instant Video, but also Netflix, Hulu Plus, and more."

Amazon Fire TV is available for order online for just $99.
