"Game of Thrones" season four promises more drama than ever before, including a messy relationship between Ygritte (Rose Leslie) and Jon Snow (Kit Harington).

Leslie talked to Entertainment Weekly about her character's relationship with Jon Snow. SPOILER ALERT: Wildling warrior Ygritte is definition of a woman scorned.

"She's a very different animal," Leslie said. "She's not so playful. She shuts up more and is monosyllabic. She's been hurt. We see a very different side of her. It harkens back to wronged woman are dangerous, and she's incredibly dangerous this season. She's on a mission."

In the third season of "Game of Thrones," Jon Snow betrayed Ygritte by killing her fellow Wildlings and rejoining the Night's Watch. Snow escaped the battle, but Ygritte was able to catch up to him. Snow apologizes to her, but she wounds him multiple times with an arrow before he escapes. Ygritte is now on a mission to get revenge on Snow and wants him to feel her pain.

"She's still completely in love with him," Leslie told EW. "She feels like a fool and wants to make him pay."

Leslie also explained why Ygritte didn't kill Snow at the end of season three, citing she could of killed him but didn't that wasn't her intention.

"In my mind, she wasn't shooting to kill him. She wasn't shooting to stop him," Leslie told EW. "I think she was shooting to hurt him. That he wasn't going to get away with leaving without any consequences. She's in love with him and can't bring herself to kill him. She could have killed him in one fell swoop with an arrow through the heart if she wanted to."
