The victim's brother and sister said they have seen all the videos and believe the security guard should have been arrested by now.

Over a week has gone by since Nebraska father Gregory Little was shot and killed outside a downtown Lincoln bar, and his family is demanding to know why the shooter has not been charged with a crime, according to a report.

"I don't know what's taking so long," said Kelyna Taylor, Little's sister.

"The evidence is there."

A security guard working at the bar allegedly shot Little on April 7, HNGN previously reported. The altercation stemmed from a disagreement between the two men outside the Royal Hookah Bar and Lounge near 16th and O streets.

Authorities have not released the security guard's name.

Assistant Police Chief Jason Stille said investigators are still tracking down witnesses and high-quality video, according to Nebraska 8 News.

However, Taylor insists they have more than enough to issue a warrant for the guard's arrest.

"We have a lot of videos, and it shows he murdered my brother," she said. "No self-defense or anything. It happened so fast, but I watched the videos, and you can see in the video."

Little's family continues to post flyers with the deceased's name and picture to keep the momentum going.

"The bar or the security company haven't even reached out to us to apologize for what happened, and that's really sad," she said.
