Netflix is set to debut Robert Rodriguez's vampire horror film turn mini series franchise, "From Dusk Till Dawn," this March.

The new original series is based on the cult classic horror film which starred Salma Hayek, Quentin Tarantino, Danny Trejo and George Clooney to name a few. The "From Dusk Till Dawn" will be a 10-episode, hourlong series, starring D.J. Cotrona, Zane Holtz, Wilmer Valderrama and Eiza Gonzalez.

"I am excited about working with Netflix and Miramax to build an international audience for our series," Rodriguez said in a statement, The Hollywood Reporter reports. "This property has always resonated for viewers around the globe and we believe that it will be just as relevant for this new generation of fans."

Rodriguez was the executive producer for the Netflix series. The original "From Dusk Till Dawn" grossed $25 million in the U.S. box office, according to THR.

"From Dusk Till Dawn" will hit Netflix on March 11 in the U.S., March 12 in Canada, and March 19 for Netflix Latino. For those unfamiliar with Rodriguez's cult classic story line, check out THR's synopsis below:

"From Dusk Till Dawn stars D.J. Cotrona (G.I.Joe: Retaliation) as Seth Gecko, a bank robber forced to flee across the boarder to Mexico with his violent brother Richie Gecko (Zane Holtz). The brothers kidnap the family of a former pastor, played by Robert Patrick to get them to smuggle them over in their RV. Hot on their tail are a pair of Texas rangers, played by Don Johnson and Jesse Garcia. But once they get into Mexico, a trip to a strip club populated with vampires adds the undead to their list of problems."
