The mother of three stated that after additional testing following her abdominal surgery in January, it came as a "huge shock" to her. However, a source informed the New York Post that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle knew about Kate Middleton at the same time as other people in the world.

For the past four years, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been blamed for causing issues for the royal family, while not being informed of Kate Middleton's condition.
