As the desperate search for Mizzou student Riley Strain continues nearly a week on, witnesses now claim to have seen the 22-year-old at two separate homeless camps.

Strain was visiting Luke Bryan's LUKE'S 32 BRIDGE FOOD + DRINK bar in Nashville with his University of Missouri frat brothers Friday night when security kicked him out for being overly-intoxicated, reports say.

He told his friends he planned to return to their hotel, but he never made it, according to police.

Now witnesses at two nearby homeless camps say they saw the college student in the area, the night he disappeared.

"I was talking to family members currently in downtown Nashville searching, and we have found another homeless person that had acknowledged that Riley had been in that area," friend Chris Dingman told NewsNation's Ashleigh Banfield Wednesday. "This now makes two people that have done confirmation."

While the ground search has so far proven unsuccessful, crews expanded the search for Strain to an area river.

Authorities are also investigating claims Strain may have been overserved at Bryan's bar, according to The Tennessean.

Strain's stepfather, Christopher Whiteid, previously said the family had been living in "pure hell" since he vanished, according to the St. Louis Dispatch.

Strain is described as 6-foot 5-inches tall with a thin build, blue eyes and light brown hair. He was last seen wearing brown boots, jeans, and a black-and-white shirt.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Nashville police at (615) 862-8600.
