Pennsylvania law enforcement officials found the capture of two parents accused of starving and physically causing damage to their 1-year-old twins to the brink of death.
According to Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer, 23-year-old Armani Coleman and 18-year-old Zamareon Moat are facing charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, and conspiracy.

Following claims of horrific abuse against their 1-year-old twins, parents Armani Coleman, 23, and Zamareon Moat, 18, have been subject to severe allegations from Pennsylvania law enforcement officials. The alarming information regarding the case emerged as officers received calls about an unconscious infant on January 22nd in Chester.
The Delaware County District Attorney's Office revealed that Coleman and Moat provided investigators with a dubious explanation, suggesting that their son may have sustained head trauma by hitting his head on a door jamb while crawling. However, subsequent investigations unraveled a disturbing narrative, classifying the boy's injuries as "near fatal" due to blunt-impact trauma and indications of being shaken.

Based on the findings of a medical examination, bruises, bite marks, and injuries that were consistent with both constraint and killing were uncovered. When it became clear that both parents were the sole guardians of the infants, it was shocking. Accused Parents Missed Medical Appointments
The Delaware County Department of Children and Youth Services had been actively involved in investigating the welfare of the children after the parents missed a staggering 15 medical appointments. Authorities lamented the lack of necessary medical equipment required to care for the girl, who suffers from a medical condition necessitating oxygen.
Coleman and Moat now face serious charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, and conspiracy. They currently remain detained at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility pending further legal proceedings.
Medical experts stated the seriousness of the 1-year-old girl's condition, linking her emaciated appearance to intentional food restriction that almost led to her death.
