A Kenyan pastor ordered women to attend his church without wearing any bras and panties to allow Christ to "enter their lives fully."

You might have heard of pastors and priests asking people to give up their sinful ways to feel closer to God but have to heard of women being told not to wear undergarments so that God could enter their lives fully?  As shocking as it may sound, a Kenyan pastor ordered women to attend his church without wearing any bras and panties to allow Christ to "enter their lives fully," according to Kenyan Post.

Reverend Njohi from Lord's Propeller Redemption Church said that undergarments were "ungodly." According to him, people need to be free in "body" and "spirit" if they want the Lord to be a part of their lives. After delivering this message to his congregation, Reverend Njohi passed a law banning the wearing of undergarment while attending church. The law was passed during a meeting chaired by the reverend.

The reverend went so far as to warn women of dire consequences if they were found wearing inner wears to church secretly. Mothers were requested to pass on the message to their daughters and check them to ensure they weren't wearing any bras or panties while attending mass. Reports have it that the male congregation was given no such advice and hasn't been banned from wearing their inners.

The website also revealed that an official from the church confirmed that people have agreed to abide by the newly laid rule. In last Sunday's service, women were seen attending church sans their undergarments. The church is located in Dandora, an eastern suburb of Nairobi.

This is not the first time that pastors have emphasized on having a "free body" while worshiping God. Virginia White Tail Church passed a new law recently where the congregation was asked to serve the Lord the way God created them by worshipping in the nude.

Pastor Allen Parker of the Virginia White Tail Church where clothing is optional told ABC 13 that many of Jesus' most important moments happened while he was naked. "When he was born he was naked, when he was crucified he was naked and when he arose he left his clothes in the tomb and he was naked," he said. "If God made us that way, how can that be wrong?"

The church now describes itself as a "Family Nudist Community," where visitors can enjoy all manner of activities, including spiritual worship, completely au naturel.
