Elon Musk finally talked about his antisemitism issue after receiving criticisms from so many people, even those officials from the U.S. government.

The billionaire's latest controversy started when he agreed to an antisemitic post, saying that it is the "actual truth." Some netizens agreed with him, but more were against what he said. On Monday, Nov. 20, Elon Musk published an X post discussing the antisemitism accusations against him. Here's what the tech executive said.

In this photo illustration the Twitter account of Elon Musk is seen on a mobile cellphone on April 21, 2023 in Knutsford, United Kingdom. The social media company started removing large numbers of the blue verification check marks, or "blue ticks," that had historically indicated a verified account.

Before he shared his statement regarding antisemitism allegations against him, the billionaire posted an announcement to clarify that the social media platform is against the genocide of "any" group.

Elon Musk said that anyone who advocates genocide will be suspended from X. However, some netizens shared screenshots of government officials supporting the attacks against the Gaza Strip.

The tech executive confirmed that they can't easily restrict senior government officials because of a UN rule that exempts these people from suspension in the interests of maintaining international communications.
