The Israeli actress Gal Gadot is reportedly leading an effort to screen a 47-minute film in Hollywood, documenting the crimes done by the militant group Hamas during their surprise attack on Israel in October.

The screening, titled Bearing Witness to the October 7th Massacre, will include the whole uncut videos of the October 7 attack, according to the Hindustan Times.

The Wonder Woman star has come under criticism for allegedly organizing the broadcast of violent video gathered in Israel in the wake of the Hamas assault last month. Many well-known people from the entertainment industry in both New York and Los Angeles are expected to attend.

The screening will include the whole 47 minutes of raw, uncensored footage. The video was purportedly gathered by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), and it has previously been presented to British media in London last week.

According to the Jewish Chronicle, Gadot has invited over 120 A-list actors and directors to the premiere screening. YNet suggests that there may be further showings planned. Neither filming nor the use of mobile devices is permitted.

In all likelihood, the Oscar-winning filmmaker Guy Nattiv was the driving force behind the decision to release the documentary in the United States. In a report by Newsweek, Nattiv earlier claimed that Gadot and her husband, Yaron Varsano, helped make this event possible. Both the screening date and the list of invited guests are being kept under wraps.

After Quds News Network announced Gal's screening on X (previously Twitter), fans descended upon the comment area to bash the actress.

"Oh her career is so over," remarked one user, said the Hindustan Times. "Boycott every celebrity who goes to this screening. Every single one of them" said in another post. "One of my [favorite actresses] turns into one of my hated actresses," another person wrote on X.

Hindustan Times said another X user even said that what Gadot is doing is "not so Wonderwoman-like after all."

Israeli fire brigade teams douse the blaze in a parking lot outside a residential building following a rocket attack from the Gaza Strip in the southern Israeli city of Ashkelon, on October 7, 2023.

On October 7, Hamas terrorists allegedly killed hundreds of Israeli civilians by sneaking into communities and launching rocket strikes. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described the act as "murderous" during a broadcast speech at the time.

A music festival in Israel was the target of one of the bloodiest assaults. Terrorists attacked the place, causing the celebration to devolve into chaos, which led to the deaths of at least 260 people and the kidnapping of many more. The festival, held in Kibbutz Re'im and close to Gaza, attracted thousands of Israeli revelers. Palestinian militants raided the place and shot victims down as they sought to flee.
