Justin Timberlake turned the comments off on his Instagram profile in the aftermath of Britney Spears publishing her memoir "The Woman in Me."

A source told Page Six on the condition of anonymity that Timberlake made the decision because of the "hateful, disgusting things people were saying" on his page.

It was previously revealed that Timberlake told Spears to abort the child they shared because he did not want to become a father.

Both Spears and Timberlake have been contacted by reporters for comment, but are yet to respond.

Spears also called Timberlake out for using a blaccent when he conversed with R&B singer and actor Ginuwine, which has gone viral after Michelle Williams mimicked Timberlake in the audiobook version of her memoir.

"His band, *NSYNC, was what people back then called 'so pimp,'" Spears wrote. "They were white boys, but they loved hip-hop. To me, that's what separated them from the Backstreet Boys, who seemed very consciously to position themselves as a white group. *NSYNC hung out with black artists. Sometimes I thought they tried too hard to fit in."

It was also previously reported that both Spears and Timberlake cheated on each other.

Timberlake has not publicly addressed any of the allegations Spears wrote in her book, but an unnamed source told the Daily Mail that he was "not at all happy" about the claims, but has not reached out to her to talk about it. Another source told the publication that the Britney memoir has been "stressful" for Timberlake and his wife, Jessica Biel. The book was published just days after the couple's wedding anniversary.
