Dean McDermott has left a rehab facility after seeking treatment for "health and personal issues."

According to US Weekly, McDermott was spotted at his Los Angeles home, but his wife Tori Spelling was no where to be seen.  McDermott entered a treatment center shortly after cheating allegations surfaced. (Click here to view photos)

"I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family," McDermott said in a statement to PEOPLE back in January when he first entered rehad. "I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."

US previously reported Tori's biggest concern about her marriage crumbling is how it will affect her children.

"Tori keeps waffling," a source told US. "Even if they reconcile, it's going to be hard to trust him...Tori doesn't want her kids to grow up without their dad in the house."

The couple has four children together: Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 17 months.  An insider told Hollywood Life back in January the stress of Spelling's situation with McDermott was taking a toll on her self-image.

"Tori's all over the place, she's sad, she's angry, she's blaming Dean but also herself," a source told Hollywood Life.  "Dean has told her that this has nothing to do with her, that he still loves her and thinks she's hot, but she's questioning everything. Her self-esteem is shattered. She doesn't spend money on herself these days, it's all for the kids, but she's talking about getting a major makeover."
