It's a wrap for "Fifty Shades of Grey." The highly anticipated film has finished filming in Vancouver, Canada. Author E.L. James announced the news via Twitter on Friday, Feb. 22.

"And that's a wrap..." she wrote. Then added "The night is young," including a picture with director Sam Taylor-Johnson. "One of us is drinking... it's a wrap."

Dakota Johnson, Jamie Dornan and the rest of the cast and crew have been hard at work filming since the beginning of December.

"Jamie and Dakota are getting along very well," a source told US Weekly previously. "Production is going very smoothly."

Last week a source told E! News that production was ahead of schedule and everything was going smoothly on set. The last date for filming was scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23. Since everything was ahead of schedule there were rumors (or hope) that James and "Team 50" would release a teaser trailer soon.

"I am waiting for the 50 Shades of Grey trailer. I need to see it like now," @stuckonliams wrote.

"50 Shades of Grey wrapped up filming today. So editors and whatnot, get to editing and get that trailer out as soon as possible. Thanks," @materp7 tweeted.

In other news, the leading lady Dakota Johnson (Anastasia Steele) had some kind words to say about the entire process during an interview with Vanity Fair.

"It's been a very smooth, fun and creative experience. I think going into something like this you kind of have all these different fears of what it could be like, and none of those things are happening," she said "We all get along really well, the crew is amazing and we're just all trying to make this project the best that it can be."

"Fifty Shades of Grey" will be released Feb. 13, 2015.
