A 12-year-old girl from New Mexico claimed she was raped in the middle school restroom in October 2021. That event was not revealed until the child's mother found her journal entry detailing what happened, as reported by The Post Millennial.

The girl was using what was presumably a girls-only restroom at the ASK Academy middle school in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. An unidentified guy entered the room, proceeded to the girl, and reportedly pinned her against the counter before wrestling her to the ground.

The girl claims the man punched her in the head, then kept her down and raped her.

Behind the Girl's Sudden Change in Behavior and Mental State

"I was raped. I was raped. I was raped. F***ing kill me," the girl, identified only as Ray, allegedly wrote in her journal.

Maggie, the mother, discovered the occurrence and realized that this explained her daughter's sudden and puzzling change in behavior and mental state. It is said that the girl was displaying symptoms of grief, anxiety, and depression.

The mother believed that her daughter had been tormented at school, so she started counseling as well.

The girl's parents questioned her about the journal entry months later, and she confirmed that an attack had occurred. The family had the daughter checked out medically and started questioning the school.

Is the School's Gender Ideology to Blame?

According to Blaze Media, the mother allegedly reasoned that the school's acceptance of gender ideology was what ultimately allowed the heinous deed to occur. According to Maggie, they found out that kids were swearing allegiance to the Pride flag rather than the American flag.

"We learned that some teachers were discussing daily the normalcy of transgender people and gender dysphoria and that this school had a higher population than anyone would expect for such a small school of kids saying they were trans and parents not knowing," she stated.

The girl also allegedly claimed she felt compelled to allow guys in traditionally female-only areas because of the school's belief. As per reports, instructors stressed the need to not judge transgender persons too quickly or too harshly.

CEO Edward Garcia of ASK Academy was contacted by the Independent Women's Forum to provide comment and clarification on the school's toilet regulations. Garcia answered that the school provides an "inclusive learning environment for all students" and that it does "not discriminate against any student."

When asked whether sexual harassment and assault were typical occurrences at ASK Academy, Garcia strongly refuted these allegations. The question of whether or not female facilities are accessible to biological boys was reportedly not answered by Garcia.

The now-13-year-old girl had little compassion for such transgender-inclusive scenarios, stating, "By them saying the only thing that matters is how they feel and not how I feel is very selfish of them."
