As per a report by TMZ, a Kylie cosmetics representative told the news outlet that they paid the model who sued them on time. The rep notes that they have disbursed the payment within the 45 days deadline stated in her invoice for the shoots, noting that they have the documentation to prove that.

According to the lawsuit, the model, Palma, brought Kylie's firm to court, claiming that the company missed the deadline for her payment. She notes that the cosmetics brand hired her as their model in June 2020, and she was supposed to get her pay in the next month or in July 2020, to be exact.

However, Palma claims that the company failed to pay her within her set deadline, which is more than 30 days or a month.

The same lawsuit alleges Kylie Cosmetics failed to pay her on time for another shoot she did with the brand last August 2020. She says the company was supposed to pay her a $2,000 check for her one-day photo shoot. Yet, she claims the payment was made beyond her 40 days deadline.

The model is suing the cosmetics brand for $120,000 for the late payments in the two one-day shoots. Palma asserts that she is entitled to a $60,000 penalty for each disbursement delay.
