"Beverly Hills, 90210" actor Shannen Doherty has revealed her cancer has metastasized to her brain three years after revealing her stage 4 breast cancer diagnosis.
"On January 5th, my [CT] scan showed Mets in my brain," she said. "Yesterday's video showed the process of getting fitted for the mask which you wear during radiation to your brain. January 12, the first round of radiation took place."
She admitted her "obvious" fear, saying she was "extremely claustrophobic" with everything regarding her medical procedures. "I am fortunate as I have great doctors like Dr. Amin Mirahdi and the amazing techs at [Cedars-Sinai Medical Center]," she added. "But that fear...the turmoil...the timing of it all... This is what cancer can look like."

Doherty's cancer fight began in 2015 after she was first diagnosed with breast cancer. While she eventually recovered, she shared in 2020 that her cancer returned and was classified as stage 4.
Meanwhile, she recently filed a divorce from her husband Kurt Iswarienko in April after 11 years of marriage. "The only people who deserve to be in your life are the ones who treat you with love, kindness, and total respect," Doherty cryptically wrote on her Instagram account.
