However, in a statement released on Thursday, Reddick's attorney stated that the finding "is not corroborated and is inconsistent with the facts known to the family." On March 17, Reddick's body was discovered in his Los Angeles residence. Reddick's representative stated that he perished "suddenly" of "natural causes."

The next day, the actor's wife expresses gratitude for the outpouring of support their family received following Reddick's passing.

Per NY Daily News, the actor passed away during the press tour for 'John Wick: Chapter 4,' released on March 23. Reddick, according to director Chad Stahelski, "made each of these films better with his presence."

The actor missed the New York City premiere of the film days before his demise, which he left unexplained, and he was scheduled to appear on talk shows in the days following the startling news.

A day before his passing, Reddick posted adorable photos of himself unwinding with his three canines. According to reports, his wife, Stephanie Reddick, discovered him unconscious in the backyard and summoned an ambulance.

He portrayed Charon in the film franchise and was honored by Keanu Reeves and his co-stars at the film's premiere. Last month, Reeves was impassioned as he described Reddick as "a remarkable artist and a distinctive person with grace and dignity."

As previously noted, Reddick spent his final days promoting 'John Wick: Chapter 4,' which included an appearance on Kelly Clarkson's talk show to discuss his character and how he reacted to the surprise involving Charon in this installment.

Although Lance Reddick is no longer with us, we will continue seeing him onscreen after his passing, as Yahoo News. In June of this year, he will portray Benji Allen in the White Men Can't Jump remake, which will be available to Hulu subscribers.

In addition, he will reprise his role as Charon in the John Wick spinoff Ballerina, slated for release on June 7, 2024. In addition to Shirley and The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, Reddick will appear as Zeus in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series for Disney+ subscribers in 2019.

On Friday, as news of the actor's passing spread, celebrities rushed to Twitter to offer their respects. Wendell Pierce, his co-star on The Wire, described him as "a man of tremendous fortitude and dignity."

Before pursuing acting, he studied music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute. Reddick attended Yale School of Drama in the early 1990s, eventually earning a Master of Fine Arts in 1994. Reddick kept his private life out of the public eye despite earning high-profile roles on television programs such as The Wire, Daily Mail reported.

What is Lance Reddick's Disease?

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, ischemic heart disease and coronary artery disease are frequently used interchangeably (CDC). Many individuals with ischemic heart disease may be unaware that they have the condition, which can contribute to a fatal heart attack.

It is caused by an accumulation of plaque in the walls of the arteries leading to the heart, which reduces the available space for blood to travel and can even completely obstruct blood flow in extreme cases. This condition is known as atherosclerosis.

The constricted arteries can cause chest pain and eventually impair the cardiac muscle. Smoking, an unhealthy diet, inactivity, and obesity are all risk factors.
