Have you ever wondered about the age of God? Well, wonder no more! The answer is...timeless! Yes, you heard it right. God transcends time and is not bound by the laws of this universe. "God is infinite and timeless; He has always been and will never cease to be." Bobby Gene

According to the Bible, God is the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God. He was, is and will always be. The Lord has always existed. He existed before the mountains were formed, and He will exist forever and ever. This marvelous truth should comfort everyone, especially when we are experiencing difficulties in life. God alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, which means no man has seen or can see Him.

Now, let's be real, assigning an age to God is like trying to count the stars in the sky. You will never be able to achieve such a feat. There are just too many stars. Take a moment to think about it. It's impossible! But that's what makes God so awesome, special, so unique, so...timeless. He's not like any other being out there. He's the timeless God of the universe! The only God. "I am the Lord, and there is no other; Besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me." Isaiah 45:5

But what about those who argue that God is just a figment of our imagination? Well, that's like saying the sun rises in the west. It's just not true! A. W. Tozer says that God wants us to worship Him, and when we do, we humble everything about ourselves and exalt everything about Him. Worship is not just singing hymns in church on Sunday, it's a lifestyle for the believer. Worship acknowledges God in all things. Worship changes our heart and rearranges our focus from self to God. As we worship, we begin to live in the light of eternity and realize that it's not about us. It's all about our timeless God. I encourage you to start building a pattern of worship.

So, to summarize, God is timeless, and trying to assign an age to Him is like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. He's the King of kings, the Lord of lords, and to Him be honor and eternal dominion. "Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen." 1 Timothy 6:16

In conclusion, God's timelessness is just another reason to worship Him. If you're bored and turned off by worship, you're not ready for heaven, says A. W. Tozer. The gospel should change our mindset towards worshiping God. I encourage you to allow the gospel and what you know of God to revamp your worship of Him. Let's explore our timeless God more. He is worthy of all worship and all praise.
