The neighbor of the Summer Wells family has suggested there might be more to them acting suspiciously, and he noticed they might withhold something about the missing girl.

A neighbor living close to the home of Summer Wells family says they are not acting normally but suspiciously based on the circumstances. The missing girl's residence address is on Ben Hill Road along Beech Creek, Hawkins County, Tennessee. Summer has been missing since June 15, 2021, without leads up to this time.

Summer Wells' Family Acting Shady, Neighbor Says

Based on a report saying the four-year-old girl was seen at 6:30 pm when getting toys from the basement, as told by her family. Don Wells thinks that his daughter was kidnapped, so the next day, an Amber Alert got issued, reported MEAWW.

The girl stayed with her mom, dad, and three brothers the day she went missing. Summer swam with mom, Candus, and grandmother, Candy, at a local creek. It was the last time to see the girl alive, cites Medium.

Trevor Lee, 21, a resident near the Wells home, spoke about the girl who has been missing for almost two years. Though not related to the girls, he considers himself an advocate to get her back.

He informed that a $2,000 reward was waiting for information that could reveal the missing girl's fate, mentioned WCYB. It was offered in the initial week of the disappearance, took part in many searches on private and public property, and sent fliers in coordination with police.

The search was taken further by including social media and other means to find her whereabouts. A missing child alert received made him decide to do something about it. Later went to the command center to offer his assistance.

Family Suspicious Acting Might Imply Foul Play

Lee stated that he had never known the missing girl personally but only through the posts on social media and those that knew her. Summer seemed happy and cheerful, smiled a lot, and liked her church class and Paw Patrol toys.

These accounts show who the girl was to those who knew her. Discussing the subject of the unresolved disappearance of the girl stressed that the family could be keeping something.

Foul play is something that comes up, and it now shows that someone has failed to safeguard the girl. He doubted that anyone would hurt the girl too.

Lee added that the TBI and FBI are investigating the case thoroughly, but it's the local police that seems to lack in their efforts to deal with the case. Also, the Hawkins County Sheriff's Office has been known to have corruption. It displeased him that the missing child's case would get cold to hide their alleged corruption.

Lee alleges calls from concerned citizens are often ignored, and no relevant update on Summer's disappearance. Indicates their response to the incident is inconsistent that must be more definitive accordingly.

An interesting development came about that should have a bearing on the girl going missing just like that. Her Dad, Don Wells, was caught driving under the influence on one occasion but took no drugs during the arrest.

He alleged to police that an argument with his wife Candus prompted him to escape her, based on the Daily Mail. He spent 48 hours in jail, with community service, a $350 fine, and revoking his license.

The Summer Wells family said their neighbor, because of acting suspiciously, could be hints of secrets and foul play is afoot.
