According to royal insiders, no matter how tight things become - and what is said in Thursday's second part of the Netflix docu-series 'Harry & Meghan' - King Charles is extremely unlikely to ever deprive the Sussexes of their titles.

The late Queen Elizabeth II bestowed the titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on their wedding day, May 19, 2018.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Royal Titles

However, critics of the pair have stated that they should lose their titles following the broadcast of the first three episodes of the Netflix program last week, in which they spilled still more beans about their wretched existence within palace walls. Per News, Meghan Markle, 41, says in a new teaser for the Netflix series published Monday, "I wasn't thrown to the wolves, I was fed to the wolves."

Meanwhile, Prince Harry says, "They were more than willing to lie in order to protect my brother [Prince William]." They were never willing to share the truth in order to keep us safe."

"Stripping their title is not something the king would likely ever contemplate ... largely because it would be so petty and vindictive," an unidentified insider told Page Six.

"It would simply lead to the Sussexes saying that it was a punitive measure and proof they were never welcome in the royal family," the source added.

Richard Palmer, a royal journalist for Daily Express and a regular guest on television and radio for royal programs, likewise shared the same prediction. According to a story he published for the publication, "King Charles refuses to endorse fresh conspiracy to destroy Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's royal titles."

Palmer noted that the king's reaction to the removal of Prince Harry and Markle's titles was "in sharp contrast to his successful efforts to persuade MPs to bring in a new law to make Princess Anne and Prince Edward counselors of state to sideline Harry, Andrew and Princess Beatrice," who are all non-working royals.

Several netizens encouraged the royal family to divest the Sussexes of their royal titles, including British writer Piers Morgan. Meanwhile, royal researcher and novelist Christopher Andersen said there were still risks that His Majesty may deprive Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their titles as their Netflix project could begin a "war" between them.

King Charles, Prince William Ignore Sussexes, Bombshell Netflix Series

The author of 'King: The Life of King Charles III' was sure there were still things King Charles could do to punish the Sussexes.

According to a source, Prince William and King Charles would not engage in a "tit-for-tat" war with Prince Harry and Meghan following their Netflix series. Friends have expressed concern that the Prince of Wales would never reconcile with his estranged brother, as per Daily Mail.

The Prince is said to have yet to see the first three episodes of the explosive documentary, although he is anticipated to do so soon. King Charles and Prince William, as well as other senior royals, are anticipated to go about their business as normal.

King Charles was spotted visiting Wrexham Football Club, where he met the club's owner, Ryan Reynolds, and US actor Rob McElhenney, and Prince William talked to the five winners of his Earthshot Prize, which he held last week in Boston.

Senior royals are also anticipated to attend the Princess of Wales' Together at Christmas carol service at Westminster Abbey on Thursday, which coincides with the publication of the next three episodes of the Netflix series.
