The New York Knicks are reportedly offering to trade Iman Shumpert, Raymond Felton and Beno Udrih to the Toronto Raptors for Kyle Lowry.  Another possible trade scenario includes Lowry to New York, Atlanta Hawks guard Jeff Teague to Toronto and Shumpert to Atlanta, Ian Begley of ESPN reports.

New York appears adamant to move around pieces before the NBA trade deadline.  The Knicks' primary target is 27-year-old Lowry.

"The Knicks are offering packages including Iman Shumpert, Raymond Felton and Beno Udrih, sources say," Begley wrote on Monday.  "They have been reluctant to include sharp-shooting rookie Tim Hardaway Jr. or a future first-round draft pick in any deal.  One of those two pieces are believed to be a prerequisite for Toronto to consider giving up Lowry."

"It comes down to, can they talk themselves into getting rid of a first-rounder or Hardaway Jr. for Lowry," one league source told Begley.

At least two other trade scenarios exist that include Atlanta becoming involved in a New York and Toronto deal.  The Hawks could look to move Teague's pricey contract while helping get the deal done by offering a first-round pick to Toronto, according to Begley.

"League sources say a scenario in which Teague ends up in Toronto, Shumpert goes to Atlanta and Lowry winds up in New York has been discussed," Begley wrote.  "Another scenario could have Teague ending up in New York.  The conversations are believed to be preliminary and have not reached an advanced stage."

New York Knicks coach Mike Woodson coached Teague as a rookie in Atlanta during the 2009-10 season.

Lowry, who's averaging 16.7 points and 7.6 assists per game this season, becomes a free agent in July.

The NBA trade deadline is on Thursday, Feb. 20 at 3:00 p.m. ET.
