In her contentious divorce from Kanye West, Kim Kardashian could win full custody of her four kids after the rapper committed a terrible mistake, according to legal experts.
In the midst of her lengthy divorce from ex-Kanye West, Kim Kardashian "may win full custody" of their four children.
Legal experts responded to The Sun when the 45-year-old musician skipped his November 16 deposition. Before a two-day trial on December 14, Kanye West, who is now known legally as Ye, will have one more opportunity to appear in court on November 29, as per Daily Mail.

However, if the disgraced designer doesn't show up once again, Kim Kardashian, 42, may go a little bit closer to getting full custody of kids North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
An indication that the matter is about to be resolved is the "declaration of disclosure" that Kanye West's attorney submitted last month. According to the filings, Kanye West has agreed on how to share their money and property with his separated wife and has given her legal counsel all of his financial details.
While Kanye West is represented by his sixth attorney, Nicholas Salick, Kim Kardashian is being represented by divorce star Laura Wasser. According to court records, Kanye West still has a chance to be questioned by Kim Kardashian's defense team on November 29, and his lawyer has consented to this.
But if Kanye West chooses not to appear, it may have a significant impact on his child custody arrangements. Family law attorney Lexie Rigden of Rigden Law LLC in New Jersey provided Kim Kardashian's legal assessment of the current situation.
Despite earlier reports that Kim Kardashian is happy to share custody with Kanye West 50/50, he has criticized her on social media and said that she is in charge of the children 80% of the time. Though he doesn't seem to have them on weekends, she has denied hiding the kids from him, and he has been seen seeing them participate at several athletic events.

Meanwhile, Kanye West's ex-girlfriend Julia Fox has spoken out about their relationship, alleging they were only together to help Kim Kardashian. The 32-year-old actress admitted that she first ignored the Donda hitmaker's persistent advances because she didn't want another celebrity romance.
The Uncut Gems star, however, realized Kanye West wasn't going to accept a refusal and wondered if responding to him would benefit Kim Kardashian. Despite his most recent controversial statements and behaviors, Kanye West did not exhibit any "red flag behavior," according to Julia Fox, who was speaking to her TikTok fans.
