Adam Levine has taken proactive efforts to rebuild his marriage with Behati Prinsloo in the wake of allegations that the Maroon 5 singer cheated.

Sumner Stroh, an Instagram model, said in a TikTok video she had an affair with Maroon 5 frontman for a year on Monday. She claims that after they broke things off, he allegedly contacted her and inquired about her permission for him and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, to name their third kid after her.

Adam Levine Denies Cheating Rumor 

Adam Levine later denied the affair but said he overstepped the mark, as per Fox News. The Maroon 5 frontman, 43, who is now expecting his third child with his wife of eight years, addressed the allegations that model Sumner Stroh put on TikTok on Monday. 

Levine claims that under certain situations, it became improper, that he addressed that, and that he took aggressive steps to repair this with his family, according to Independent. His admission of guilt, though, coincided with the appearance of other purported correspondences with digital models.

More women have come forward since the startling accusation, alleging that they too were messaging the Maroon 5 singer and some have even shared photos of their purported online discussions.

In recently released screenshots of their Instagram direct chats, Adam Levine is said to have written to a woman by the name of Maryka. The alleged conversations between them were revealed on her Instagram Story on Tuesday.

"Dude, aren't you like married, lol?" the brunette questioned. The 'Payphone' singer said, "Yeah, but it's complicated," after Levine allegedly claimed to be obsessed with her.

In a TikTok video that was posted on Monday, Stroh first alleged an affair. "I was young and ignorant at the time, and quite frankly, I feel exploited. I was having an affair with a man who's married to Victoria's Secret model."

Even while the 23-year-old first refrained from naming him, Stroh's video featured pictures of flirtatious Instagram conversations purportedly received by Levine. Instagram leaker @IGFamousByDana, who narrated Maryka's damning screenshots in a trending compilation reel on Tuesday, released them on social media.

Levine Hit With Further Cheating Accusations 

The video, which has received over 300,000 views, went viral soon after Levine posted a statement on his Instagram Story denial of having an affair with Stroh. Adam Lavigne also acknowledged using poor judgment by flirtatiously speaking with anyone other than his wife, and he promised Prinsloo that they would get through this trial together.

Levine seemed to playfully broach the subject of the name his and Prinsloo's third child Sumner in his alleged exchanges with Stroh. Levine's representatives said that the singer remained steadfast in his apology.

According to screenshots obtained by  New York Post, before the video disappears from a since-deleted TikTok series, the lady, from Los Angeles, who asked that her name not be used, claims she and Levine had no acceptable direct message exchanges last year. She subsequently uploaded a second video to further explain that she is not trying to elicit pity.

"I understand that Behati and her children are the ones who are suffering from this, and for that, I'm sincerely sorry," Stroh stated. The social media model also said that she believed their marriage was finished at the time.

She had mentioned, that she was new to LA, so she just figured that with celebrities of that caliber, that's just how it was, according to Stroh. Therefore, she thought they were keeping it private to avoid the bad news, USA Today reported.
